Just as an aside Neil

There are some things on ebay that people find and hope they are some of the only one's to find them.

The unfortunate thing about posting such finds to forums and such is that more people than neccessary are aware of that perhaps elusive part/item, this leads to the part then becoming exorbitantly overpriced by the added coverage placed upon it.

This thankfully is not so much the case here as we are quite a small group as forums go, but I am sure you can see that if this happened on say the HMVF forum there would be a sudden surge in watchers for that elusive part.

To give you an example the following item is on ebay at the moment

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAP...059598684&rd=1&rd=1

Now this particular item would retail from most dealers at around £250 - £350 perhaps a lot more.

At the moment it is at 99p with only one bid on it so the opportunity exists to place a realistic bid upon it and not have to pay the rates the dealers expect one to pay.

Therefore the less people that know about this the better in my opinion and this would apply to most of the other bits and pieces that come up on ebay.

Just something to bear in mind Neil when you post links to those little bits and pieces that sometimes come up.

Point taken Very Happy

Would you pefer a pm then if something that would appear relevant turns up anywhere - that way if you already know - no harm done, if you don't then............

PM's on any forum would do Neil

It's a reciprocal thing as I would PM you if something Stolly related came up. Only things I know of at the moment are the torsion bar caps and the suspension bushes as far as parts go. Manuals are a plenty from VM on there.
