Thus far - thats understandable!!
Don't think I'd want to right now either...........
Seems a pity though that they are so entrenched in their outlook to the point they won't consider meeting the other side half way. OK - so a re-enactment of a Red Ball convoy would seem odd with RL's etc tagging along - but that should be the exception rather, than as seems the case there, the rule.
Lets be honest - if it's big and green/sand the public will be interested. if it looks "odd" they are even more interested, if it's got a weapon their cup will overflow. A vehicles age is, I think, a secondary consideration.
Ah well - it's an imperfect world The calendar locally seems to fill up OK without them - and on that note - is there going to be another event at the Kelvedon bunker in 2007?? _________________ Neil.

trouble is these sort of people tend to be high up in most organisations including this one,so it becomes difficult to get to the things full offering.you should of been here a few years ago but thats history, but saying that these people think they are doing things in the best interest of the cause so we can't knock them for that just rechannel them or try to get them to see the bigger picture. _________________ usually underneath the saracen bonnet with my arse in the air |

Well done mate on your last reply on the PW thread. You have driven it back on tracking perfecty and have made some great points that no one can argue with.
Great debate.
Best wishes.

Yep, it was me who made the original quote but Jack who really started the debate by noticing there was a genuine need for it & giving it's own thread.. _________________ Lee |
